Panner Cheese Chilly Samosa
In a pan, add chopped onions, cabbage and capsicum saute it with little black pepper n salt. After they are soft remove them from gas, cool down. Then add the grated panner, cheese, garam and kitchen king masala and kishmish. Mix it properly. Now fill the filling in the samosa patti n apply maida paste to lock it. Keep in refrigerator. Take out while frying. Served with mayonise n piri piri sauce mixture n onion kuchumber salad. Made on 14th March, 2020.
