Paan Coconut Ladoo

Festive season πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠis round the corner and in every home sweets form a compulsion during festivals..
So today I am comming up with an intresting recipe🎈 of Paan Coconut Ladoo, which is refreshing and very easy to make.

For this we will require following ingredients:

400 gms desicated coconut
Small Tin of Mithaimate or Milkmade
2 tbspn sugar
2 calcutta paan leaves
5-6 tbspn gulkand for stuffing
2-4 tbspn of milk
2 drops of green food colour which is completely optional
Some cherries for garnish.

Procedure:

The main thing while making this reciepe is patience.

First dry roast the desicated coconut on low flame untill aroma starts comming. It will approximately take 5-7 mins.

Then, in a mixing jar.. Add condensed milk + 2tbspn sugar + paan leaves.
Then mix until a smooth paste is formed.

Now, add the prepared mixture into desicated coconut and mix it, make sure the flame of gas is switched off after roasting.

Then in a small bowl, take 2-3tbspn of milk and add 2 drops of green food colour and add this into the prepared mixture.

Now it time to rock and rollπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Take small ball sized mixture, stuff little quantity of gulkand in it and close it there by giving it a shape of ladoo.
Then roll it from a desicated coconut and put a cherry on top for garnish.πŸ’–
