Panner Cheese Chilly Samosa

In a pan, add chopped onions, cabbage and capsicum saute it with little black pepper n salt. After they are soft remove them from gas, cool down. Then add the grated panner, cheese, garam and kitchen king masala and kishmish. Mix it properly. Now fill the filling in the samosa patti n apply maida paste to lock it. Keep in refrigerator. Take out while frying. Served with mayonise n piri piri sauce mixture n onion kuchumber salad. Made on 14th March, 2020.

Paan Coconut Ladoo

Festive season πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠis round the corner and in every home sweets form a compulsion during festivals.. So today I am comming up with an intresting recipe🎈 of Paan Coconut Ladoo, which is refreshing and very easy to make. For this we will require following ingredients: 400 gms desicated coconut Small Tin of Mithaimate or Milkmade 2 tbspn sugar 2 calcutta paan leaves 5-6 tbspn gulkand for stuffing 2-4 tbspn of milk 2 drops of green food colour which is completely optional Some cherries for garnish. Procedure: The main thing while making this reciepe is patience. First dry roast the desicated coconut on low flame untill aroma starts comming. It will approximately take 5-7 mins. Then, in a mixing jar.. Add condensed milk + 2tbspn sugar + paan leaves. Then mix until a smooth paste is formed. Walnut Wheat Cake

Ingredients: Handfull of walnuts 150 gms wheat flour 75gms castor sugar 2 tbspn butter 60ml oil 1 tbspn pure ghee (optional) 1/4th tbspn cardamon powder 1 tbspn baking powder 1/4th tbspn baking soda 3-4 drops of vanilla essence milk to adjust consistency Chocolate Sauce for Garnish Method: First mix all the dry ingredients viz, wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Seive them and keep aside. For wet ingredients, Take a bowl add castor sugar, butter and oil along with cardamon powder and mix untill sugar is completely dissolved and it turns as a white creamy texture. Start adding dry ingredients in a batch and mix them with cut and fold technique. Add milk to adjust the consistency of the batter, it should not be too runny nor too thick. Add the walnuts in the end and fold the batter properly thereby adding it into a greased tin. Bake it in an preheated oven on 180°C for 22 minutes. Helloo everyone i am back after a long break, hope you all are doing great. As i adore and love cooking there's an awesome dessert presented to you all.. hope you all love it. Lychee Phirni Serves- 3-4 Ingredients- 1 litre milk 4 tbsp basmati rice, soaked ¾ cup lychee 1 ½ cup lychee crush or grinned lychee 1 tsp water ¼ tsp cardamom powder ½ cup khoya 10-12 almonds, blanched and chopped 10-12 pistachios, blanched and chopped Charoli (nut used specially in kheer) ½ tsp rose water 7-8 saffron strands (optional) Method- Boil milk and rice in a non-stick pan. Stir continuously, till mixture thickens Once it thickens add sugar, lychee pieces, lychee crush and mix well. In about 1 tsp of water add the cardamom powder and mix it with the lychee mix. Add the grated khoya (optional) , rose water, almonds and pistachios. Once the mixture is thick remove from the flame and mix continuously till the mixture turns cold. This is the simplest ever dessert one can have at any time and it is very quick to make. The taste is heav enly pure  and one can go absolutely nommm nomm nommm πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‰ Ingredients:- Shot glasses Readymade choco-vanila cake Hersheys choclate and strawberry syrups Whipped cream Choco chips / Cherries Main ingredient is diluted sugar syrup Process:- Its simply just a game of layers.. In a glass.. churn the cake pieces into crumbs forming the layers.. After the first layer is formed, add 1 tbspn of sugar syrup to keep the cake moist. Later on, Mix the hershey's choclate syrup in whipped cream to form the second layer. Repeat the layer of cake like above procedure. You can use different flavours of cake as per your taste. Now mix the strawberry syrup in whipped cream to form the last layer of the glass.. Chicken Biryani

INGREDIENTS (For 2-3 Persons) 300 Gms Boneless Chicken 3 Onions 5 Tomatoes 5-6 Garlic Cloves 2-3 Green Chillies Butter/Oil (4-5tbspns) Rice Masalas :- ( Biryani Masala, Chicken Tandoori Masala, Red chilly powder, Turmeric, Coriander Powder)           SALT AS PER TASTE Garam Masalas :- Whole not powder including:- Star Anise-2 Cinna mon Stick-1 Small and Big Cardamoms-(2/1) Cloves 2-3 Bay leaves 4-5     RECEIPE :- STEP 1 Par boil the rice by adding one bay leave, star anise and cinamon stick along with salt and butter. Keep aside. STEP 2 In a blender, add onions, tomatoes, garlic and chillies and blend them to smooth paste. Take a round pan in which u have to make a biryani , add butter/oil and add the whole garam masalas mentioned above and let it cook until aroma comes..
